Contract & Claim Specialist (m/f/d)

Join Dorsch Asia as a Senior Contract & Claims Specialist (m/f/d) and help ensure effective, compliant and risk-aware contract delivery on major infrastructure projects. You will review contract administration, analyze variations and claims, advise on contractual matters, and support the resolution of disputes. Work alongside international teams in a dynamic engineering environment, with strong opportunities for professional growth within Dorsch Global.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review contract administration and monitor all aspects of contract and insurance compliance.
  • Review and analyze contract changes and relevant variation orders.
  • Review and analyze the contractual notice of claims and provide advice concerning the Contract.
  • Evaluate and report on risk management compliance
  • Investigate, manage and resolve contractual issues, claims and disputes.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in Contract & Claim Management
  • Experience in FIDIC (or similar) contracts will be an advantage
  • Formal dispute experience (i.e. adjudication, arbitration or litigation) would be desirable.
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
