Operation & Maintenance Specialist

The Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Specialist is responsible for the project management of the O&M function for the electrified railway. This role focuses on establishing the organizational structure, standard operating procedures, and maintenance regimes to optimize lifecycle costs and system performance. The Specialist manages staffing requirements, technical training, and business planning while ensuring the operational and service integration of different transport modes and adherence to safety KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the organizational structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the electrified railway.

  • Define maintenance regimes and asset management strategies to minimize downtime and lifecycle costs.

  • Identify staffing requirements and develop technical training programs for operational personnel.

  • Monitor system performance metrics to ensure adherence to service level agreements and safety KPIs.

  • Lead railway O&M and business planning activities

  • Service Integration Manage operational and service integration across different modes of transport

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related Engineering or Management Field

Experience

  • 10 Years of Experience in Task-Related Fields

English Language Proficiency

TOEFL >= 70 / IELTS >=6.0 / TOEIC >= 750 / CEFR: B2 or better
