Project Integration & Interface Manager

The Project Integration & Interface Manager responsible for consistent oversight of contractor activities through a data-based interface management system. This role involves tracking internal and external interfaces, managing third-party issues, and planning system integration for the entire Project. The Manager ensures interface continuity across project phases and coordinates the resolution of obstacles to protect the Project’s quality, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent oversight of contractors to ensure interfacing issues are registered tracked and reported

  • Develop and coordinate the project interface register to monitor information documentation and interface agreements

  • Monitor interface activity to identify issues impacting the project works programme or budget and drive risk reduction under consideration of the critical path

  • Proactively manage interface issues with third parties and report results to the employer monthly

  • Plan the system integration for the whole Project and coordinate the implementation of the system integration plan

  • Ensure interface management concepts and tools are universal and accessible throughout later project phases without restrictions 

  • Applied open standard such as European standard to ensure competitiveness and universality.

  • Issue bi-annual Interface Management Reports and incorporate abbreviated versions into quarterly progress reports

  • Integration plan and system integration and certification reports

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related Engineering or Management Field

Experience

  • 15 Years of Experience in Task-Related Fields

  • 5 Years of Experience in Urban Transport Projects in SEA and/or Indonesia

English Language Proficiency

Native Speaker / TOEFL >= 80 / IELTS >=7.5 / TOEIC >= 850 / CEFR: C1 or better
