Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Receiving Terminal Feasibility Study Project

The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the technical, economical, environmental and institutional feasibility of the implementation of a LNG Receiving Terminal in Thailand.

The study is to identify the optimal location size, configuration, investment parameters and economic considerations including gas pricing for the facilities associated with the LNG Receiving Terminal which the owner aims to have this terminal fully operated by 2010.

Project Activities

Dorsch Consult Asia has been awarded the subcontract involving in performing of environmental investigations including preparation of a primary environmental impact assessment for each site selection.

For the recommended site, DC asia’s assessment will identify means for mitigating negative environmental impact and develop plans for full environmental impact assessment.
